02 · NUMERACY
Do the math cleanly.
Work through exhibit numbers out loud, lay out assumptions, sanity-check your answer. The math is rarely the point — clarity is.
03 · JUDGMENT
Make the call.
Quantitative analysis without business judgment is just arithmetic. Train yourself to weigh trade-offs, challenge your own logic, and recommend.
04 · SYNTHESIS
Close like a partner.
The last 30 seconds of any case is a boardroom synthesis. Situation, complication, resolution, impact. Tell the CEO what to do, and why.
